Future-Forward Leader Dialogue | Virtual Launch & Workshop

The Promise of Collective Leadership

Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 | 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (ET)

Innovation thrives when it is not episodic, but systemic.

Join Dr. Stacey Schultz and Dr. Patrice Fenton for a global virtual dialogue on moving from a "sole source of power" to a model of Collective Agency.

This interactive session is designed for leaders ready to break the cycle of burnout by empowering their teams through shared responsibility and professional judgment.

Together, we will move beyond high-level strategy to explore the practical "how-to" of building a self-sustaining leadership culture—one where innovation is driven by the many, not the exhausted few.
