Future-Forward Leader Dialogue | Live in Brooklyn

The Promise of Collective Leadership

Thursday, March 26th, 2026 | 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM (ET)
Location: Nyla House | 1524 Bergen St., Brooklyn, NY

Innovation starts with a collective

Join Dr. Stacey Schultz and Dr. Patrice Fenton for an afternoon dedicated to redefining the path from leadership exhaustion to organizational agency.

This isn't just a book launch; it’s a strategic conversation on how to move from the Adoption phase to true Transformation by embedding reflection and shared ownership into the DNA of your school.

Instead of the leader being the "sole source of power," we will explore how to build a self-sustaining ecosystem where innovation is a shared responsibility—not a solo act of endurance.
