Strengthening Our Leadership & AI Foundation
George Swisher - Co-Founder & CEO
We are entering a defining chapter in changeforce’s growth.
We’re proud to announce the promotion of three new Managing Directors — Dr. Stacey Schultz, Joe Snowden, and Louis Lemieux — alongside the completed acquisition of RunYourself, an AI-enabled performance coaching platform engineered for enterprise-scale behavioral alignment.
We are also expanding our research and development engine through an initiative led by our Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Dr. Nabeel Ahmad, in collaboration with Columbia University, strengthening the foundation behind the methodologies we deliver and the technologies we build.
Together, these moves accelerate our evolution as a technology-centered and AI-enabled change platform built for continuous organizational transformation.
New Managing Directors
Stacey, Joe, and Louis have been instrumental in scaling client impact. As Managing Directors, they will lead cross-functional, cross-industry portfolios with accountability for strategy, delivery, and growth — driving deeper integration across our capabilities while maintaining domain expertise.
Stacey will bring her expertise from the Education sector in learning, leadership development, and organizational change into a broader cross-industry Managing Director role, while continuing to spearhead strategic initiatives for key clients such as NYC Department of Education
Joe will command our Professional Services portfolio, leading enterprise transformation and growth initiatives across major legal firms and global advertising and marketing agencies, including clients such as Davis Polk, BooneOakley, and TBWA
Louis will drive performance-driven transformation and scale growth engagements across an expanded cross-industry portfolio, focusing heavily on Workforce Transformation strategies for clients such as Unum and BNP
Acquisition of RunYourself & New VP of Product & AI
changeforce has acquired RunYourself, the AI-powered performance coaching skills platform designed to help companies achieve sustained high-performance with fewer management layers. As managers shift from fixing-to-coaching, their teams develop critical thinking and confidence in their decision-making, managers scale themselves, and companies achieve the metrics they want to see.
This acquisition supercharges our Workforce Transformation capability, enabling us to architect high-level strategy into a company's day-to-day reality. Most strategy initiatives stall at the manager layer, where they fail to translate into actual execution. With RunYourself, we can now deliver workforce development solutions that produce measurable behavior change at scale, with outcomes our clients can count on.
Beyond the technology, this acquisition establishes changeforce’s permanent, physical presence in London. This new operational hub provides localized boots on the ground to scale our international delivery capability and support high-stakes enterprise mandates across the UK and Europe.
Mica Vaipan, Founder of RunYourself, joins changeforce as VP, Product & AI. She will lead product strategy and engineering across our technology portfolio, drive internal AI transformation, and leverage her AI expertise to support clients’ initiatives.
Bridging the Evidence-to-Technology Frontier with Columbia University
In parallel, we are strengthening the research backbone that powers both our services and platforms. Led by Dr. Nabeel Ahmad, this initiative focuses on developing grant-funded research and projects with Columbia University that will:
Generate evidence to continuously refine and advance our methodologies
Produce structured insights that inform our product and platform roadmap
Expand how we measure and scale sustainable behavior change
The Bigger Picture
These deliberate shifts set the foundation of building a firm where technology sits at the center of service delivery, AI enhances both efficiency and effectiveness, and rigorous research validates what we deliver — and what we build.
Our goal is clear: to be the change management allies organizations and educational systems rely on to make transformation measurable, repeatable, and sustainable.
